Mayor Parker defends her offer to DC 33 union workers

"You can call me a one term mayor, but I'll tell you what I will not do. I will not put the fiscal stability of the city of Philadelphia in jeopardy for no one," Mayor Cherelle L. Parker said on Thursday where she delivered an animated defense of her leadership and administration.
